We can take you through the whole ownership process and offer advice based upon our own experience and that of our clients. Our primary objective is to make sure that you have the right aircraft for your needs. Gemstone will cover all the aspects of ownership and what you want to do with your new aircraft. It’s a major investment and so you can take time to ask us questions based upon our own years of Diamond and Stemme Aircraft ownership and operation. We can provide demonstration flights in our own aircraft so that you get a real idea of what it’s like to own one of our aircraft.
Flight Support
Most of us want to be aircraft owners for the freedom of travel that it brings. The possibilities for domestic and international travel should only be limited by your imagination. That’s why Gemstone Aviation provide our Flight Support service. We can guide you through the regulations, safety and planning that are vital to enjoy flying. We want you to have fun and get the best from your new aircraft and not be limited by your own time constraints or lack of access to the right skills. We can help you with flight planning, aircraft checks, weather data, prior permission requests, safety pilots and risk analysis.
Finance
You may already own an aircraft that for whatever reason does not meet your needs. Before deciding on your new aircraft choice we can broker your existing plane to get the best capital return on your investment. If you are taking out finance for the new aircraft as a mortgage we can make sure you talk to the right finance companies and get an “in principle offer”. This will free you up to start specifying your new aircraft. We can provide advice, based on our experience to help you find the right finance for your Diamond or Stemme aircraft.We don’t provide finance ourselves and have no affiliation to any finance companies but we can advise you on the right type of finance for your needs and introduce you to specialist companies in this field.
Technical Support
Gemstone Aviation can sell you a new aircraft with a maintenance and technical support package to allow you to get the usage you want. We do this by providing independent advice about crewing, insurance, management and maintenance. We are a sales consultancy but we are also owners, instructors and operators so we understand your issues, risks and opportunities. We can give you unbiased technical advise at every stage, manage your new aircraft for you and provide independent advice about registration paperwork, insurance, management and maintenance via our affiliated maintenance organisations.
Insurance
Gemstone understand the legal and regulatory advice for GA aircraft insurance. We don’t provide insurance and have no affiliation to any insurers but we can advise you on the right type of insurance and advice for your needs and introduce you to specialist companies in this field. We own and operate our own aircraft and can provide you with independent advice when you need it.

Both Chris and Henrik at Gemstone are experienced pilots and instructors. Our clients often have different levels of pilot qualifications but we can help you develop your skills to make sure you are able to get the best out of your new aircraft. You can tap into our network of flight schools and instructors to make sure you get the right qualifications for the flying and aircraft type you choose.
